Sponsoring Ecclesia
The camp is sponsored by the Riverwood ecclesia, with a committee made up of members from various Sydney and Central Coast ecclesias.
How do I get there?
The Committee is working hard on providing options here for everyone. We are currently looking into transport options for those who are unable to get a lift to camp, and will provide further details as arrangements are confirmed.
Please keep in mind that the camp is approximately 5 hours from Sydney, with limited public transport options available in the area. We therefore encourage everyone to plan their travel well in advance rather than relying on last-minute transport arrangements.
What is the daily schedule?
Each day will feature talks from two speakers, along with dedicated time for personal Bible study and reflection. The afternoons will be more relaxed, with plenty of optional activities and time to enjoy the camp together.
What is the Topic?
The topic for the camp is something we’re really looking forward to and we’ll share more details once the topics for each speaker have been confirmed. We’re excited to have both Jona Lawson and Jared Schipper locked in as speakers, and we look forward to sharing more about what they’ll be covering soon.
Location of the Gathering
Join us at the Yarra Holiday Park, situated within the scenic Grassy Head region on the mid north coast of NSW.
Internet Access
We suggest a break from screens, but web access is available at the park for those who need it to check essential emails.
Arrival Times
Arrival: Saturday 10 July 2027 from 2:00pm.
Please keep in mind that it gets dark around 5:00pm, so we recommend arriving with enough time to set up your camping area before it gets dark.
Departure: Saturday 17 July 2027 mid-morning
If you are flying home, please book a departing flight no earlier than 7:00pm on Saturday 17 July to allow enough time to pack up and travel to the airport.
